Appointments and enquiries
Booking requests made by WhatsApp, phone, email or through this site are requests, not confirmed appointments. An appointment is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you. We may need to reschedule appointments; we will tell you as early as we can.
Treatment is subject to assessment
All treatments are subject to a doctor's assessment and confirmation of medical eligibility. We may decline to provide a treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or safe for you. Prescription medicines are provided only where clinically indicated, after screening, and under medical supervision.
